The team are experts at opportunity framing and identification and management of risk profiles with a focus on mitigation of project risks. This is achieved by developing or enhancing risk management plans that address potential issues before they arise. We monitor project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Planning and reporting Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) activities on behalf of client teams to provide insight into cost and schedule certainty to inform contingency requirements, identify key risk driver events and focus risk mitigation strategies on areas that can have the greatest impact.
Establishment of tailored quality management systems including quality plans, procedures and liaison with key quality stakeholders including independent verification bodies, certification authorities and overall coordination of all quality assurance deliverables (people, processes, and tools) throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

Michael offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in Project Controls derived from projects that span across infrastructure, energy, and resources. Michael has over 25 years’ experience with international businesses and has held significant leadership roles on projects in Australia and abroad.
Michael’s modus operandi is to ensure the constant pursuit of intelligent project insights and development of industry best project controls solutions. He is a business leader who consistently delivers successful outcomes by maintaining focus on safety, people, strategy, and performance.
He has held specialist Proles in property acquisition, primary approvals, change management, cost management and planning & scheduling during all phases of delivery from concept select, planning and approvals, execution, commissioning, and operations.
Ewan brings extensive risk, quality, assurance, and project delivery experience gained from 30 years of decision making and leadership across all phases of the value chain. Ewan is a focused leader who enjoys working in complex, highly regulated, multi-party environments that value a risk-based approach to delivery.
He has experience in project delivery leadership within infrastructure, minerals processing and oil and gas industries. In addition to holding senior project level roles, he has led the implementation of four project control and delivery frameworks and has successfully led three ISO 9001 certification campaigns.
Ewan has worked with owners' teams, EPCMs and has provided consultancy to the public sector. Ewan’s focus is on ensuring that projects are delivered safely, predictably and in accordance with the project objectives and business case.
